Devil's Food Cookies

1 can (18 1 / 4 oz) cake mix with the food of the devil
2 eggs
1 / 4 cup water, hot coffee or hot
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 / 4 cup chocolate chips, caramel
