Flats To Rent] What Is The Benefit Of Purchasing A Freehold Ground Rent Of A Block Of Flats At Auction?

What is the benefit of purchasing a freehold ground rent of a block of flats at auction? - flats to rent]

Why would someone make an investment? Basic pensions paid directly to the insurance of buildings would not be a clear benefit in question. An open recent annual lease sold for £ 9000 in a converted property with 8 self-contained apartments. Ground rent £ 100 pa, no service fees.

Freedhold purchase is a long term investment. The buyer would have done your research before the auction and found that some floors only have 50 or more years of the lease. If so, should the landlord pay for the lease was extended, otherwise it will be difficult to sell his house because all potential buyers will always have problems with the mortgage on the property. And the renewal of the lease, it costs ...

Doing so may provide the new owner to sell the property by some owners of the aircraft and thus profit.

You mean the right to acquire TDC, hire or obtain the right to return of the leases?
